Breathing and Meditation

Description

Meditation has been practiced by many civilisations and religions for thousands of years. There are many variations and techniques to conduct meditations. Firstly, it is developing the ability to sit comfortably by yourself without the urge to stop. Learning to meditate will help you to take a deep dive inwards. Sometimes the answers you're looking for can come from within. 

Here are some examples of how meditation can be used:

  • Gaining new perspective on situations
  • Goal setting
  • Increasing imagination and creativity
  • Clearing your thoughts and bringing attention to the present


Mastering the art of breathing is one of the foundations to be an optimal human being. At Oru Asana, we strongly focus on the principles of Nasal and Diaphragmatic breathing. Learning to breath properly will have a profound, positive impact on your mind and body.
